This is the story of Gustave, a bon vivant and a lover of the pleasures of the table, who believes eating well is a joy, meant to be savoured and shared. Gustave serves up the flavours of French cuisine with Mediterranean accents: gourmet, sunny, generous dishes. Inspiration from abroad and products from here intermingle over the course of shifting seasons and brainwaves.

Behind the scenes at Gustave is Chef Jean-François Plante, guided by his unbridled passion for cooking and by his many years of experience heading celebrated restaurants.

Jean-François, backed by his faithful associate, Chef Yann Blavier, and their team, invites you to partake in a gourmet experience concocted from his favourite methods and products. On the menu: flavour, revelry and hospitality.

EVERYTHING BUBBLY AT HALF-PRICE!

Gustave is a voyage of flavour and revelry. So we want to toast your health, as the gourmet season begins. Until this Wednesday, our bubbly is half-price during lunch and dinner: champagne, sparkling wine, Crémant… and beer! Let loose, by the glass or by the bottle. The revels are up to you, but the drinks are (half) on us!
